At Natural Salon Boutique, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience, we have established the following cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer appointment times to other clients. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50 for the service booked. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service booked. Repeated no-shows may result in the refusal of future services. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to cancel and reschedule. A late arrival may also result in a fee or shortened service. Refunds Deposits made for services are non-refundable, but they can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if the cancellation falls within our 24-hour policy. the deposit is not added to the total cost Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
